RETURN OF GOODS (upon unilateral termination of the contract)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance purchases (where the goods are not collected in person but are shipped via a delivery service), you are entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e., delivery of the last product from the order.

In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, we will act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Obligations Act. We will refund the paid amount after the goods have been returned. You must return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day you informed us of the unilateral termination of the contract.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is required to bear the direct costs of returning the goods when exercising the right to unilaterally terminate the contract. If the customer wishes, they may contact us at the e-mail address: info@cloudandcojewelry.com for information about the method, options and conditions for returning products.

In accordance with Article 84, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The returned product must be undamaged, with the appropriate original labels, tags and declaration.

Please return the items no later than 14 days from receipt of the shipment under the following conditions:

  • the product you are returning must not have been used and must be packaged in the original packaging with undamaged tags and labels,
  • enclose the original invoice.

You may return the shipment by sending it to the following address: Perleraj d.o.o., Ulica Republike Austrije 9, 10000 Zagreb.

The costs of returning the goods, if the return is not due to a defect in the product, are borne in full by the customer.

The cost of returning the goods due to a defect in the product shall be borne by Cloud&Co.. We will replace the returned goods according to your preference or refund the money to your account.

EXCHANGE / COMPLAINTS ABOUT GOODS

The customer may submit a complaint regarding a product purchased via the Cloud&Co. online store. The customer should first contact us in writing at the e-mail address: info@cloudandcojewelry.com for information about the method, options and conditions for making a complaint about the product. The goods that the customer wishes to complain about must be sent to the company address, Perleraj d.o.o., Ulica Republike Austrije 9, 10000 Zagreb. If the reason for the exchange is damaged or defective goods, the exchange will be carried out at the expense of Cloud&Co..

The seller is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that fall within the scope of the delivery service, but will, in agreement with them, ensure the best possible service for each customer. If, upon receipt of the goods, the customer notices any damage, they are obliged to file a complaint with the courier on the spot and also report it in writing to the e-mail: info@cloudandcojewelry.com

RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Both the merchant (Cloud&Co.) and the customer may exercise the right to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are dispatched for delivery, with a refund of any previously paid funds. If the merchant (Cloud&Co.) for any reason cannot deliver the paid goods, the customer will be offered a replacement item; if the customer does not want it, the paid funds will be refunded to the customer in full.

If the customer decides to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are dispatched for delivery, the refund will be made within 5 (five) business days.

If the customer decides to cancel the order after the goods have been dispatched for delivery, the refund, reduced by the delivery cost, will be made within 5 (five) business days after receipt of the returned goods.
