RETURN OF GOODS

According to the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance purchase (when it is not a personal collection but the goods are sent by delivery service), you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating the reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery of products, that is from the delivery of the last product from the order.

In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, we will act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Obligations Act. We will refund the amount paid after the goods are returned. You must return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day you announced the unilateral termination of the contract.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the goods if they exercise the right to unilateral termination of the contract, and if the Buyer wishes, they can contact us at e-mail address: info@cloudandcojewelry.com for information on the possibilities and conditions of product return.

According to Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer is responsible for any impairment of the value of the purchased product as a result of handling the purchased product. The returned product must be undamaged, with the appropriate original labels, pendants and declaration.

Please return the item no later than 14 days of receipt of the shipment under the following conditions:

  • the product you are returning must not be used, and must be packed in the original packaging with undamaged pendants and labels,
  • attach the original invoice.

 

You can return the shipment by sending it to the address: Ulica Republike Austrije 9, 10000 Zagreb.

The costs of returning the goods, unless there is a defect in the product, are borne entirely by the Buyer.

The cost of returning the goods based on a product defect is born by Cloud&Co. We will replace the returned goods at your request or place a refund on your account.

REPLACEMENT / COMPLAINT OF GOODS

The customer can replace the product purchased through the Cloud&Co. web store. First of all, the buyer should contact us at the e-mail address: info@cloudandcojewelry.com for information on the method, possibilities and conditions of product complaints. The goods that the customer wants to replace must be sent to the company’s address, Ulica Republike Austrije 9, 10000 Zagreb. If the reason for the replacement is damaged or defective goods, the replacement goes to the account of Cloud&Co.

The seller is not responsible for any damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery service, but in agreement with them will provide the best possible service for each Buyer. If the Buyer notices any damage when taking over the goods, they are obliged to send a complaint to the courier on the spot and report it in writing to the e-mail address: info@cloudandcojewelry.com

Complaints are received within 60 days from the day of purchase of the item with presentation of the invoice.

RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDER

Both the Merchant (Cloud&Co.) and the Buyer can exercise the right to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before sending the goods for delivery, with a refund of previously paid funds. If the Merchant (Cloud&Co.) is unable to deliver the paid goods for any reason, the Buyer will be offered a replacement item and if the Buyer does not want it, the funds paid are returned in full to the Buyer.

If the Buyer decides to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are sent for delivery, the refund will be made within 5 (five) working days.

If the Buyer decides to cancel the order after the goods are sent for delivery, the refund will be made within 5 (five) working days after receipt of the return of the goods by the Buyer, reduced by the shipping costs.
