The customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products using one of the following payment methods:

One-time payment by credit or debit card – direct online payment using a card payment service: Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa.

Payment by bank transfer – the payment details required for the transfer are sent to the e-mail address provided in the order, including the account number to which the customer should transfer the order amount. The customer may make the payment via internet banking or by paying at a bank branch, post office, FINA, etc. to our IBAN account: HR8723600001102312430 (Zagrebačka banka d.d.).

After placing the order, the customer should send proof of payment to the following e-mail address: info@cloudandcojewelry.com.

We dispatch the ordered items to the address stated in the order within 5 business days, after receiving the proof of payment.

Cash on delivery – allows the customer to pay the order amount to the courier upon delivery to the address. Cash on delivery is available exclusively as cash payment (available only in Croatia).

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. The customer may make the payment using the methods listed on the website at the time of purchase.
