DELIVERY BY COURIER SERVICE AND COSTS (valid for deliveries within the Republic of Croatia)
Delivery is carried out via an authorised courier service within the Republic of Croatia within the timeframes indicated at the time of purchase. Delivery timeframes are informative and do not constitute an essential element of the contract.
Ordered items are shipped via the GLS courier service as a parcel within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the order and/or payment (possibly earlier). Exceptionally, due to certain items being sold out or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than the stated timeframe, in which case you will be notified by e-mail.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment the seller accepts the buyer’s offer, and the product will be dispatched within 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded) after receipt of payment of the purchase price, except in the case of cash on delivery payment.
If the buyer chooses cash on delivery, the sales contract is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer, and the product will be handed over to the courier service within 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded) after the conclusion of the sales contract.

The product will be delivered to the customer within the territory of the Republic of Croatia within 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded) from the moment the purchase is completed, i.e. from the handover of the product to the courier service, except for deliveries to Croatian islands. Delivery to Croatian islands is carried out according to the following table:

Delivery to Croatian islands that are not listed in the table above is carried out via Hrvatska pošta (Croatian Post), no later than within 10 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded).

Delivery costs are paid in full by the buyer, unless the value of the ordered shipment exceeds €70.00 or otherwise stated on the website www.cloudandcojewelry.com. Delivery prices within Croatia are:

If the courier service changes the delivery price, the seller will clearly display the new price in the online store.
Delivery prices are stated with VAT included.
Unfortunately, we are not able to influence delivery speed or any possible delivery complications caused by the courier service.

Customers are advised to inspect the shipment upon receipt; however, this does not affect their statutory rights in the event that defects are discovered later.
Customers can change the delivery address via the portal or in conversation with the courier driver, or choose personal collection of the parcel at parcel lockers.
If a customer who refused to accept the goods places a new order via www.cloudandcojewelry.com Web Shop, the seller reserves the right to refuse further processing of the order as well as the right to charge fees.
Cloud&Co. reserves the right not to dispatch orders with incorrect/incomplete contact details, as well as orders with an e-mail address and/or phone number that no one responds to.
